LED SpA is a company specialized in the design and production of electronic medical.
All activities are carried out in its laboratories extended over an area of 3500 sq.m..
The staff employed in the LED SpA, for the 90%, higher education and plenty of experience.
Equipment designed and currently in production include:
- High frequency electrosurgical equipment including models capable of delivering output power from 50 W to 400W for applications as monopolar or bipolar, simultaneous or alternative delivery channels, and output power continuous or timed.
- Elettrofisioterapia medical equipment comprising current generators at low and medium frequency, of ultrasound, of pulsed magnetic fields, laser light, etc.
- Equipment for cosmetic medicine elettrostimolanti, at-linfodrenanti, elettrolipolitiche, ultrasound lipoclasiche, etc.
- Beauty equipment suitable for hair removal, the aesthetic shaping of the body, etc.
An extensive computer network management and support is used in all activities in order to make the same highly reproducible, reliable and secure.
The activities of design of electronic circuits and their industrialization, both hardware and software, is carried out with the aid CAD and CAE. Are employed in the design elements selected from the most updated and the quality of which is ensured by careful qualification of components and their suppliers. The electronic circuits are designed to be made by means of surface mounting components, which, mounted with automatic machines, allow the maximum reliability together with the containment of production costs.
Each production lot is subjected to several levels of control-testing including acceptance testing of the components used, intermediate tests and three subsequent final tests: control operation, acceptance testing and quality testing.
In addition to the design, production and marketing of medical electronic equipment with own brand, activity LED SpA is directed to the service of other organizations for which it is able to design and produce, fully od in part, equipment with specifications given by customers to the definition of which can contribute by providing its experience.
